GEORGE KALINSKY

George Kalinsky has been the chief photographer for Madison Square Garden since 1966. His work has been exhibited at the Museurn of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the International Center for Photography, and Tokyo's Olympus Plaza Gallery, and it has also appeared in such national publications as Time, Newsweek, People, and Sports Illustrated. Kalinsky is the recipient of numerous awards, and was honored by the photography industry (PMDA) as the International Photographer of the Year in 2001. He is the author of nine books, including Shooting Stars (Simon & Schuster), The New York Mets: A Photngraphic History (MacMillan), and Rabbis: The Many Faces of Judaism (Rizzoli); together, they have sold more than 2 million copies.
